Full name, phone number, email address, shipment destination and transport type — only the data the user provides in the website form. Special categories of personal data are not processed.

3. Purposes of Processing

Handling cargo transportation requests, concluding and executing contracts, customer communication, compliance with applicable Russian law.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

The data subject’s consent given by submitting the website form, performance of a contract, and legal obligations under applicable legislation (Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, No. 87-FZ “On Freight Forwarding Activities”, Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
